About Lo
Lorene "Lo" Bauck is the owner, bartender, and mixologist behind Cocktails on the Lo. Affectionately known as “Lo” by her friends and loyal patrons, she brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry.
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Lo began her career while attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During her time in the city, she honed her craft in a variety of roles—from server and cocktail waitress at the House of Blues Foundation Room to bartender at the Border Grill in Mandalay Bay and Tommy Bahama. The name of her service, Cocktails on the Lo, is a heartfelt nod to her Vegas roots.
After 16 years in Las Vegas, Lo relocated to Florida with her husband, David. They now call Sarasota home, after spending time in Parrish.
With a true passion for hospitality, Lo takes pride in creating enjoyable, memorable experiences for every guest—always served with a smile and a perfectly crafted cocktail. Her professionalism, creativity, and dedication to excellent service shine through in everything she does.
