SCS #1
Summer Fizz Sangria
Ingredients:

1 Bottle of Pinot Gris, Pinot grigio or Sauvignon Blanc

¼ cup of apricot brandy
-
¼ cup of peach schnapps
-
2 cups of white grape juice
-
1 cup of pineapple and mango juice
-
½ cup orange juice
-
Top with sparkling water or processo
Instructions:
-
In a large pitcher or drink dispenser, combine the bottle of white wine, apricot brandy, peach schnapps, white grape juice, pineapple-mango juice, and orange juice.

Add fresh fruits, apples, limes, lemons, oranges and strawberries . Stir gently to mix.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld (optional, but recommended).

When ready to serve, pour into glasses over ice and top with sparkling water or Prosecco for a bubbly finish.

Garnish with fresh fruit (like peach slices, grapes, or citrus wheels) if desired.
Tip: For a large gathering, you can easily multiply the ingredients to make a party-sized batch.

Moonlit Bramble

Ingredients:

2 oz Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine
-
3 oz pineapple
-
2 oz club soda
-
BlackBerry liquor floater

Instructions:
-
Fill a shaker with ice.
-
Add the moonshine and pineapple juice. Shake briefly to chill.
-
Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
-
Top with club soda and stir gently.
-
Slowly pour the blackberry liqueur over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
-
Garnish with fresh blackberries or a pineapple wedge if desired.
